Sport Timing

​

PrimeNRG uses ITS Jaguar Chip Timing System to deliver fast, accurate, and complete results. Our timing system includes powerful software that not only reads the timing chips, but provides complete race management and reporting capabilities. Final results are provided promptly to the race director and posted on www.itsyourrace.com. PrimeNRG also offers a complete online registration service that allows us to effectively manage all race participant registration online, at no additional cost to you. This eliminates registration errors and assures the race director that all participants’ registration information is recorded accurately.

 

Our race timing services include:

  • Prerace planning and consultation

  • Posting of your race on our website

  • Online race registration services

  • Race day registration processing and procedures

  • ITS Jaguar Chip Timing System

  • Disposable timing chips to meet your race needs

  • Final overall individualized results provided promptly onsite to race director and posted online

  • Rock Star finish line including all finishline equipment, race clocks, cones, generators,  ect.

  • Snap shot photos as your participants cross the finish line. 

  • Mobile app that includes race information at your finger tips such as:  event details, event schedules, registered participants, results, sponsor information (including logo and hyper link to sponsor webpage), course map, direct connection to social media, and registration.

DJ Services

​

We have been providing DJ services in and around West Michigan for over 15 years. Some of the services we offer are:

 

  • Weddings (Indoor/outdoor)

  • Corporate events

  • High school dances (We have a large inventory of black lights, strobe lights, lazers, moving head fixtures, and other specialty lights to get the party started)

  • Bowling for band and other charity events.

  • Anniversaries

  • Birthday parties

  • Father/Daughter and Mother/Son events.

  • PA services and music for any event.

We only use the absolute best equipment available. Here's a list:

  • Chauvet intimidator 255 irc moving head fixtures

Special Event Sound and music

 
Outdoor sound reinforcement/PA services
 
Have a large outdoor event where you need to provide music and or announcements across a large area?  We can help.  Here are a few events where our outdoor PA system has made the difference:
 
  • Gus Macker events
  • Summer festivals
  • ACS Relay for Life 24 hour walk-athons
  • Mountain bike/road racing
 
Our system can include up to 15 large PA horns/speakers, that can be used in any weather condition and transmit announcements accross a wide area.   The command center for our PA system will be in our 13 foot aluminum trailer, that can be kept on site if the event is multiple days.  We also have additonal pop up tents and honda generators for use if your event is in a field!  (Hey, we've done it all)
